DeSantis is good Governor material, maybe good Cabinet material if he gets term-limited in Florida. He’s been mollycoddled by the liberals as they are grooming him to take out Trump, so they haven’t begun to tear into him like they have the Trumps. In the face of that onslaught, he is unproven, but he is a career politician so I don’t expect much.

FR is not a good barometer for mainstream Republican voters. In the 21 years I’ve been posting here, this place has always skewed further to the right.
Even then, count me as a twice Trump voter who hopes he’s not the ‘24 nominee. We need a younger, more disciplined fighter. Someone like Ron DeSantis.
A dead cactus encased in 200 lbs of buffalo poop would easily beat Biden and very likely Harris, if that is the only criteria voters are looking for.
As an added plus, it also wouldn’t court non-stop unneeded controversy and ridicule.
