UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres warns humanity is choosing "collective suicide" with its failure to act on climate change.
He warns that the global warming limit of 1.5 Celsius (2.7 Fahrenheit) agreed to in the 2015 Pris climate accord was slipping further out of reach even as more people are being hit by extreme floods, droughts, storms and wildfires...

Germany is taking a preemptive first step by halting nuclear power while its gas is shut off. That should get things started with killing, what, 100,000 people this winter?
I used to be in the TV news business and I loved hyping the weather on a slow news day any aspect hot, cold, a gully washing thunderstorm or a hurricane in the Caribbean whatever.
We needed the audience to make the money with commercials.
Now it’s really getting out of hand.
Actually, the climate change agenda is to the world economy exactly what Pol Pot was to Cambodia - mass social and economic destruction willed by the political leader(s).
That isn’t the way suicide works. If they are right, we are choosing inaction and the climate may kill us. Suicide is a deliberate act to kill yourself... like allowing the socialist left to control the world. I won’t be joining that suicide pact.

Why (and I have to stress, WHY) is the United States still in the U.N.?
