Washington, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser blasts Texas and Arizona GOP governors for sending migrants by the busload to the nation's capital, claiming they are to blame for the boost in overcrowded homeless shelters.... Bowser assured that D.C. taxpayers are not picking up the tab for the increased homeless population with the migrants from Texas and Arizona.
