They’ll want a treaty for Donbas and Crimea...minimum.

Otherwise they’ll keep creeping along and pounding away.

This is all the fault of Khrushchev, a Ukrainian, and his land grab of Crimea, which they took from USSR Russia and gave to his own state in violation of the Soviet Constitution of the time.

(It would be like Biden as President issuing an Executive Order that annexed all of Maryland on the east shore of Chesapeake bay from Pennsylvania down to the Virgina border and giving it to Deleware. It would not happen here, but in Soviet Russia it could and did. )
