WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court won’t allow the Biden administration to implement a policy that prioritizes deportation of people in the country illegally who pose the greatest public safety risk.
The court’s order Thursday leaves the policy frozen nationwide for now. The vote was 5-4 with conservative Justice Amy Coney Barrett joining liberal Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson in saying they would have allowed the Biden administration to put in place the guidance.
The court also announced it would hear arguments in the case, saying they would be in late November.
The guidance, issued after Joe Biden became president, updated a Trump-era policy that removed people in the country illegally regardless of criminal history or community ties.

Deport them all! The court should direct the Biden administration to carry out the law, round up and deport, without exception, all illegal aliens.

Barrett is a disaster.
Who needs the Rule of Law, just make it up as you go. The word illegal and even undocumented mean they are not adhering to the laws of this most generous country. By that act alone they are unworthy to EVER be American citizens.

Every Time I refer to Trumps last two picks being liberals I get a lot of flack.
That being said this article is very confusing and I am not sure what is going on. Does the ruling mean that the Trump policy still stands? The Biden admin is not deporting anyone anyways as far as I can tell.

No. She’s Catholic. The RCC and Vatican love illegals from Central and South America. More money in the coffers on Sundays. Catholic Charities is one of the groups who push hard and bring these illegals.

There was recognition that the way modern politics work a woman had to be appointed. Don't like identity politics but she was an affirmative action appointee. She had a name people recognized and she was said to be stoutly pro-life and that was enough for a lot of people.
Now Roe V Wade is gone and so what is left to expect from her? Another GOP appointed wildcard that will vote against the constitution as often as with it.
