Judge Donald Middlebrooks granted the Justice Department's request to substitute itself as defendants for the former FBI officials, after finding that Trump's lawsuit covered actions that they took while acting within the scope of their government employment.

So the corrupt justice department successfully moved the judge to determine that a no-name entity, managed by no individuals, can replace those who actually committed the crimes.

It’s now like attempting to sue clouds…

Our INjustice system is just sickening. Why can LEOs who commit a crime in the line of duty be held personally responsible but not federal employees?

Judge Donald Middlebrook “joined the court in 1997 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton. Prior to appointment, Middlebrooks was a private practice attorney in the state of Florida.”

With malice and contempt is so obvious with these fib gov employees whiches we conservatives pay. How can our employment of them be so blinded? Think, If the party roles were reversed? Even a rodeo clown was punished for just mimicking the clown prince.

More evidence of a two tiered legal system.

They all lied to congress and Stone and Bannon are prosecuted.

If President Trump doesn’t take this to the Supreme Court, I’ll be shocked.

Unless there is some obscure law that says Judges appointed by Perverts cannot have their decisions appealed.

Some serious bullshit. This will encourage the fed thugs to keep abusing power and then knowing a judge will shield them when it comes time to be held accountable. Trump doesn’t need or want money from the government the guy didn’t even collect his paychecks for being President he wanted some justice.

Even though they acted under color of law, everything that they did with regard to Trump was far outside the scope of their authority. That makes this all the more despicable. This is an invitation to corruption.

They used their governmental powers in corrupt ways. There is no way this should be considered within the scope of their kobs.

“... acting within the scope of their government employment...”

Yes, committing crimes at your employers office is perfectly OK for this ‘judge”. A big correction is coming in November and there is going to be payback. The royals during the French Revolution never saw it coming either. /spit

“after finding that Trump’s lawsuit covered actions that they took while acting within the scope of their government employment.”

So according to his so called judge, a conspiracy to overthrow a duely elected president is within the scope of the job description of DOJ/FBI employees.

Pay no attention to this. Focus on November!!! And as best a possible, make sure that filth like Peter Strzok never again have power to harm.

Conservatives are facing a similar hatred that Christ experienced. Christ was blameless, perfect, and full of nothing but love for people practically, yet he had to endure scouring, plucking of his beard (a great shame in that culture), vile taunts, and smacks to the face, then the ultimate, spitting in his face. All he wanted was the best for mankind, and mankind treated him .ike dirt- mankind was enraged and filled with violent anger

While conservatives don’t face quite what Christ did, they do face a vile nasty anger and rage by the left who hates the conservatives because they represent what is good and decent for this country, and the conservatives face an unjust and crooked “judgement” by those that hate them too. What we are witnessing is a blatant bastardization of law to suit the hateful agenda of the left.

And it will get much worse if Biden gets impeached, or if the left can’t cheat their way into office again next election. Especially now that the right has stood up f9r the life of the unborn. The left are displaying a demonic hatred, demon driven anger. They are legalizing drugs, coddling deviant vile behaviors, and forcing their disgusting sinful lifestyles on kids and in workplaces, while both taking away the right to own guns for self defence, and also by defunding police, to make it that much harder for the right to defend themsleves and not be persecuted for it if they do- its as though the man of lawlessness is being let loose upon the world, and they are going after the those who uphold truth and justice.

You would have a harder time convincing me than this “judge” that Strzok was bean-bagging Lisa Page in an official capacity.

So they can hide behind the government’s skirt and get away with doing whatever they want? No, there should be personal responsibility and accountability.
