Judge Donald Middlebrooks granted the Justice Department's request to substitute itself as defendants for the former FBI officials, after finding that Trump's lawsuit covered actions that they took while acting within the scope of their government employment.

So the corrupt justice department successfully moved the judge to determine that a no-name entity, managed by no individuals, can replace those who actually committed the crimes.

It’s now like attempting to sue clouds…

Let’s not forget that all them should have been facing charges for the various law violations - yet the same justice department declined to prosecute.

This, essentially, provided protection from civil suit. Since none were prosecuted and convicted, it makes it nearly impossible to sue them for the crimes they committed.

Now they can go on their merry ways, writing books, being commentators, etc. and making millions off their successful corruption . . .

Every day additional steps are taken to frustrate any attempt at getting justice. I can't believe that this is what our country has become.

But the biggest insult of all is coming. Things are 'heating up' in the Hunter Biden 'investigation' (choke...) I saw a prediction yesterday that something big will happen in the next two months. After all this time 'investigating', why two months? Because the Dems are facing a potential/likely wipeout in November.

If the Rs take over, especially both houses, there is a (slim) chance that they might start REAL investigations and expose of all the wrongdoing. (Although I wouldn't count on it, considering the number of simpering RINOS that will still be around.) But the Dems, the Deep State and the corrupt alphabet agencies can't risk that. They have to lift the carpet and start sweeping stuff under it, ASAP.

And my $ is on this:

We'll see a *pop* rather than the explosion it ought to be, will focus solely on Hunter, claiming that it in no way involved Joe.

Look for a plea deal that slap's Hunter's wrist, says he made 'mistakes'. Maybe some fines for tax issues that someone else will cover for him. No jail time. But most of all -- the sealing of ALL records, meaning that there will be no investigations, no hearings, no subpoenas.

No nuthin'! Count on it..

America's justice system? = "F' AMERICA".....unless you're a DemocRAT!"

We need to make it happen folks "ULTRA MAGA 2024" Then honest patriotic "ELECTED" Americans need to dig deep into this corrupt two-tiered filth that's been embedded in our government!

...AND we need to honestly get back to our Constitutional rights!

I wonder if the doctrine of Qualified Immunity was considered by the Court? As I understand this doctrine, a government official has immunity from suit for actions taken in the course of his/her official duties. But, if the official acts outside the scope of those duties, then the official can be sued, personally, for those actions. I don’t know if the doctrine applies here but, if it does, it seems as though the Judge acted prematurely in dismissing these defendants from the suit. It would have made more sense to allow the case to proceed and to allow the defendants to raise the doctrine as a defense. This, in turn, would have allowed the President to present evidence showing the defendants acted outside the scope of their official duties in continuing an investigation that they knew had no factual basis.

So if an uber driver shoots a passenger, uber will be the culprit, and the driver is entirely exonerated.

Wasn’t Kevin Clinesmith convicted beyond a reasonable doubt in a criminal trial and he’s dismissed in a lawsuit who’s standard of proof is “more likely than not” 50%+?

Just askin’. Color me confused.
