Many Ukrainians and quite a few Americans have their doubts about that.
I can’t say with absolute certainty that Biden actually won in 2020 every state he was given electors from.
What they’ve got is as good as it gets over there apparently.
What we’ve got here is not. At least, I hope we do better. Someday.
