Between the two sides’ opening statements, Jones stepped outside of the courtroom to rant to reporters, calling it a “kangaroo court” and “show trial” that was an assault on the First Amendment. He didn’t return to the courtroom for the afternoon start of testimony, which included Infowars producer Daria Karpova taking the stand.
Jones’ media company designated Karpova to testify about Infowars’ audience reach, and some of the video produced by the website after the Sandy Hook shooting. The trial took a break for the rest of the day before she finished planned testimony.

This “denier” crap is beginning to worry me?
How long before it becomes a crime to “deny” the official Narrative?

It already is a crime.
Used to be Rush was labeled the most dangerous man in America. The torch has been officially passed.
Its not a crime. This is a civil suit.
It’s already here.
It truly has.
Denying that Sandy Hook happened is not “an opinion”.
He is not even allowed a defense.
The judge denied him a jury trial and decreed him guilty.
The "jury trial" being conducted now is just to decide how much money he must pay to the plaintiffs, who aren't even parents. They were people who were "traumatized" by the things he allegedly said about Sandy Hook.
They can't risk a jury trial on the case itself because their case is so transparently false that they can't even trust a far-Left Austin jury to find him guilty, and he must be found guilty and driven from the public square.
On the show today (prerecorded because he is in court) he said that the show trial has made him stronger, that there are many very powerful people who see what's coming and are about to get off the sidelines.
When do moon landing deniers get prosecuted? What about holocaust deniers? Round earth deniers? I could go on and on.
The are enough questions around S. Hoax and the cast of characters involved to have doubts about the official narrative.
I know someone who went to offer pastoral support at one of the TX school shootings. Out of the blue, a military psychiatrist shows up. Alleged shooter was ex-mil. My friend who was there asked her a couple questions, and that psych bolted immediately.
Funny whenever someone questions an official narrative here, the gatekeepers show up. I was accused of being an AQ operative because I do not believe the S. Hoax narrative.
There is zero commonality between Rush and Jones. Jones is a nut-job.

I remember when Alex Jones used to be a Freeper and posted some really interesting stuff.
Jones certainly brought himself to a crazy place on Sandy Hook alternative narratives.
I don’t know what to think. I am not sure there were even children there. The book which was pulled from Amazon made credible arguments, the behavior of the parents (one laughing off camera then switching to sobbing).
But you go ahead and believe the narrative. Looked and smelled like a training OP to me. No one seems willing to answer questions or do an independent investigation. And then the crime scene gets bulldozed.
Did he? I haven’t seen his stuff. He’s been correct on a lot after seeming crazy at first.
Don’t forget the sheriff who immediately threatened to go after anyone who doubted the shooting on social media.
