Russian National Defense Control Center head Mikhail Mizintsev warned on Thursday, during a briefing, that Ukraine continues to store its ammunition and weapons in residential spaces, as well as in "educational institutions and other social infrastructure for military purposes."
Mizintsev underlined that while the Ukrainian military is doing this, proper evacuation of civilians from the aforementioned spaces is not being carried out.
Furthermore, Mizintsev noted that on the territory of Donetsk People's Republic, the militants of nationalist battalions are "systematically firing at the positions of the Russian army" so as to provoke the latter to "return fire."
Ukraine still storing ammunition in residential places - Russia still storing its 200s in basements and cellars.

So the Russians need to send in a precision missile with a 10lb warhead and let secondaries do the rest, duh.
Oh I forgot. Russian equipment sucks, so they shoot a 38ft long KH-22 missile at stuff and miss it by a 1/4 mile and kill civilians living/working nearby.
Probably learned it from Hamas in Gaza .... works well and if found and hit a propaganda victory with the Marxist State Muppets.

For the western MSM, the Russians are retreating forward while the Ukranians are advancing backwards. The lefties re- writing definitions, the norm now a days.
Territorial gains and city population matters. Marioupol’s population is 450,000, liberated by Vlad, so the western hype about maybe, just maybe RE-capturing Kherson, liberated by Vlad early on ( population 280,000) seems to be rah, rah hopeful hype. Do be advised the liberated populations of the Ethnic Russian provinces ( 2.5 million plus ) are happy to be liberated from the Ukies.
I also find it interesting the Ukies sent so many to die into Vlads meat grinder when they have been shelling and terrorizing the eastern provinces since 2015….maybe now the corrupted little beggar Zelensky will decide he really doesn’t need the Donbass….a mute point now that Vlad has liberated 98 percent.
Not looking good for the Ukie war cheerleaders, I am still waiting for the promised million man ( and woman) Ukie offensive, but all I see is the Ukies advancing backwards….
