I’d 100% like to have another Alito or Thomas in place of Roberts, (I will give Roberts props for his 2A decisions).

But this ‘Roberts is compromised’ stuff comes up every single time his name is mentioned.

Anyone got any proof? Got one shred of actual evidence?

If not, it’s just garbage rumors and gossip. Of course freedom of speech allows garbage and gossip, not saying FR should censor anyone. Just asking if anyone is going to follow up with with a smidgen of proof.

I agree that these wild accusations about Roberts’ supposed dark past, with no evidence, are creepy.

I doubt any one of the actual Supremes is the culprit, but a staffer who is the culprit should face the music. It is quite a feather in the caps of those who worked there, and someone doesn’t deserve it - big time.
