My favorite song from 1966. For a week in the fall of that year, it "bubbled under" the Billboard Hot 100, then disappeared, but it should have been a much bigger hit.

This was a big hit on the Adult Contemporary charts in the late spring of 1966, but never cracked the Top 40. After 1966, I wouldn't hear it again until Youtube came along.
