Donations to political campaigns should only be legal from donors that can vote for the candidate.
Out of state, corporate and pac donations would be illegal.
The deep state has many players living in California.

This is an out of control problem. Because of out of district donations our politicians are not beholden to the people they claim to represent but to out of district money bags.
California liberals burning their money for nothing is a good thing.
This was really about Trump saying her father put us into a war for a lie, and got Americans killed for nothing. Both Bush and Cheney hate Trump for this because his attacks were damaging and true.
So Liz’s solution is to align with hundreds of Dem politicians who repeatedly called her father a mass murderer, but it’s okay because orange man is bad.
It’s impossible to have a representative government if elections are skewed by out of state/district areas.
Californians don’t have dimples the marks where the hook was yanked.
