Since CA is <50% white a majority of these folks are probably hispanics returning from whence they came with their savings. Mexico City can go pound salt.
My bet too. They’re probably Mexicans repatriating back to their homeland. They came here, bought houses, made their fortunes and now that the commies are taking over, they go back home and live like kings.
