The silence stems from a deep apathy. The deep apathy has already killed our society. Our Nation is about to take a great fall, only to start the chaos-feudal-monarchy-parliament-republic cycle all over again. Don’t sweat it. Its only a 500 to 1000 year cycle.
I am a devout believer in this cycle.
We are bombarded by an insane amount of advertising.
Movies and media with an abnormal agenda..music lyrics promoting abnormal behavior..public schools sexualizing the yonge..all junk food for the mind.
It’s a wonder there are any sane individuals left.
It has always been the case throughout history. Nations take a long time to recover, perhaps never. When I look at Rome/Italy or Egypt there seems to be little hope that they will return to greatness.
The number of sane people left will diminish rapidly. We are getting old.
I can only watch this and shake my head.
I went to my last annual town hall meeting the month before last where one of the major things up for a vote was to mandate the inclusion of “Climate Change” in official discussion of ANY town business, no matter how disconnected the item under consideration is.
I was probably one of maybe five people to stand up and deliver a public statement voicing any opposition to this.
There were a tidal wave of people, mostly (but not all) women, who called people like us selfish, and that we had to do this “for the children” and “the future”. They completely drowned us out in both volume and time of statements.
I cannot tell you how disillusioning and angry that made me. I thought, naively there might be sensible people who spoke out, but I was forced to recognize that there is a dearth of sensibility now.
Democrat Kiddie Rapers.
These people will have to get exactly what they are asking for in order to learn their lesson & shut them up.
The problem is those of us who know better will get it, too.
I think climate change is real, albeit milder than the catastrophists want us to think. Nonetheless, why worry about attaching it to each and every item of discussion by a town council? That’s just silly.
There is no such thing as a âfamily-friendly drag show.â

Your business is to bake things and sell them. Do that.

Of course climate change is REAL.
Climate is ALWAYS changing.
THEY want people to believe HUMANS are the dominant influence, that we can do something about that, and that we should bankrupt ourselves, destroy our economy, and submit to world governance to “save our planet”.
It is pure, unadulterated BS. People who take the time to learn more about it understand the absurdity of that.
That’s quite all right. I have no desire to support the green neo-Marxist plans to resolve it, anyhow.

She opened her business in an area not zoned for entertainment, and now: “holding events since opening last November and now relies on them to meet its financial obligations”.
Sounds like someone didn’t do their homework, before choosing a venue. Tough luck, loser.
