No we have Hairass who at least knows her name and a new VP. The Senate has to approve the new VP and she could not vote. So, 50/50 means a Veep acceptable the Republicans. Can you say Vice President Romney?
Also legally if Hairass takes over before the modterms.she can only be reelected once.

We don’t have Pelosi. People really need to understand their Constitution. The speaker of the house does not get installed as Vice President and only gets to succeed to the office if the President and Vice President both are dead or incapacitated at the same time. Otherwise the speaker is only acting Vice President until a suitable Vice President is selected and confirmed. The selection is by Presidential appointment just like when they choose their running mate as a candidate. It won’t be but a couple of weeks before Hillary is sworn in after Kamala appoints her.
