What is the process for the Soros-obedient knothead being suspended to being fired? Separate commission? Impeachment/removal by the legislature?

This state attorney was doing that, too, and got canned for it.

Sounds like he got suspended for it, not fired. Will be interesting to see if he can appeal this decision or what the long-term outcome will be. Still, I like the direction of Santis' actions.

Odd...not really..how Desantis can seemingly do the right thing ..while other governors seem to really struggle.
Almost like they don’t care or worse ..are gaining financially to look the other way?

I am pleased to see he has done the right thing but I would not call firing someone for not doing his job “gutsy”. I would call it doing your job.

Nowadays it is gutsy.

“ Sounds like Warren was motivated by the abortion issue, rather than a Soros guy who lets all crimes go unpunished.‘

Not really. The Order contains a laundry list of crimes this prosecutor refuses to prosecute. He sounds identical to the Soros’ prosecutors.

Sounds to me like what a good manager does when people fail to do their jobs.

This guy was Soros funded and after getting elected, took the liberal position on prosecutions and bail. With the passing of our bills to protect children from indoctrination (the so-called don't say gay bill) and abortion limits, he proudly declared he wouldn't prosecute them. Our Governor takes his job seriously and carried out his State Constitutional duties and has suspended him.

State Attorneys have a duty to prosecute crimes as defined in Florida law, not to pick and choose which laws to enforce based on his personal agenda...

Every prosecutor exercises discretion in what they do or do not pursue.

Every prosecutor exercises discretion in what they do or do not pursue.

Discretion over a particular case, to be prosecuted or not, is a tad different than locking out whole sections of law because Soros pays you to.

This “Woke” DA is NOT following Florida Law regarding abortion.
He should eventually fired.

Looks like he is merely suspended. Probably with pay.

What a shame, the nation we have become.

Back in the day Reagan would do things like having the cops round up protestors having sit-ins at universities and just ignore the criticism. All he did was what was legal.

Not every republican governor has a supportive republican statehouse.

Except Trump didn’t fire anyone. He just whined on Twitter about what poor jobs they were doing.

Trump was all bark and no bite. DeSantis doesn’t waste time talking about it - he just does it.

Yes, this is what the problem was, just saw DeSantis’ speech on Twitter.

It wasn’t just abortion apparently. The DA wouldn’t follow the law on criminal activity such as sex changes on minors, people arrested for rioting, etc.

Basically enforcing the laws he likes and not enforcing laws he doesn’t like.

That sound you hear is liberals’ heads exploding. This should be fun.

Without pay. He’s been locked out of his office.

Anyone who has ever worked in any type of leadership position during the last twenty years understands that before you fire someone, you suspend them. This allows you to get all of your ducks in a row so they can’t come around and sue you for wrongful termination.
