It was a great announcement, shows fortitude of character on DeSantis's account, however, I am sure it was disappointing for the DeSantis for President trolls on FreeRepublic.

I am sure it was disappointing for the DeSantis for President trolls on FreeRepublic. Those of us supporting Ron DeSantis understand that he needs to win his gubernatorial re-election first before he can embark on any presidential run.
There were many posts here yesterday expecting his big announcement would be a pledge that he's *NOT* going to run for president. Might want to check in on those folks.
