“The governor is just upset because I'm not kowtowing to his agenda,” Warren said. “I'm the one upholding the law here. The law is clear in Florida. A 15-week ban is unconstitutional, and I said I'm not going to enforce it.”
Despite being suspended by DeSantis, the Hillsborough County State Attorney plans on continuing to do the job he was elected to do.
“The reality is the governor can sign some order in his pen or his crayon, and it doesn't stop what the voters voted for me to do,” Warren said.

Dude...your agenda is to enforce the law and not pick and choose.
Laws don’t apply to him because he’s a libtard. Throw him out
OK, then you are fired!
Defiant to the law to the last.
I am sick and tired of this. It IS time to go Genghis Khan on these people. It MUST happen soon.

If he thinks he is going to continue to do his job, suggest he get a cardboard box to work out of .... I don’t think he’ll get back into his office.

When an Officer of the Court willfully refuses to follow the law that he swore an OATH to uphold, he should be Permanently DISBARRED!!!
A(h)OL(e) is still around?!
His “agenda” is the law in the state of Florida. This guy just doesn’t want to follow the law. Instead he wants to substitute his agenda for it and his agenda is definitely not what the law is.
When you refuse to enforce the laws of the State based on your own personal opinion of that law, then buddy, you’ve got your own agenda.
I would have loved seeing him frog marched out by the police....and searched.
I’m not kowtowing
/\
Punk,
you most assuredly are kowtowing ,

ya moron, you got youreslef suspended. Or is your cognitive period measured in minutes.
Keep up the punk commie refusal to follow actual law and you won’t have a job period.
Maybe you could go teach groomer 101 at some commie college then.
Spit.
Absolutely correct. He admits his decision to not enforce the law is because he says it is “unconstitutional” - which is not his job. The Court will decide if the law is unconstitutional, not the prosecutor.
