Black Unemployment Rate Rises Under Biden After Dropping To Historic Low Under Trump
American Lookout ^ | August 5, 2022 | Mike LaChance

Under President Trump, the black unemployment rate fell to historically low levels, a fact that Democrats and the media never acknowledged.

This week, Democrats, the media and the Biden administration are bragging about the new jobs report, but failed to mention that the black unemployement rate is going up.

It’s amazing how selective they can be with the facts when it serves their purposes.

Townhall reports:

Labor Participation Drops in July As Black Unemployment Increases

The United States Department of Labor reported on Friday that 528,000 jobs were added in July, reducing the unemployment rate to 3.5 percent, down 0.1 percent from June’s read and a significant increase from the 372,000 jobs added in June.

July’s report outlined better economic news with several metrics returning to their pre-pandemic levels, but still showed that there are 900,000 more Americans who are not in the labor force but want a job compared to February 2020.

This is the key passage:

And while the Biden administration has been obsessed with diversity, equity, and inclusion, the Biden economy saw black unemployment tick up in July, from 5.8 percent to 6.0 percent — even while unemployment rates for other demographics decreased.

To their credit, CNBC actually mentioned this:

Despite a strong jobs report, unemployment inched higher for Black workers in July https://t.co/xqIrqr897C

— CNBC (@CNBC) August 5, 2022

The other thing to remember is that Biden is not creating jobs.

He is simply overseeing people returning to their jobs now that the pandemic is over.

He does not deserve any credit for that.

Numbers were lower because Trump went the extra mile so no one would discover how racist he is.

As I understand it, if they don’t support Biden, then they “ain’t black”. I guess that means black Republicans are identifying as white. It’s really quite simple when you think about it.

Also...

People are being forced to return to work or take on a second and third job, because, inflation is so high that one salary alone is not enough to make ends meet.

Older and retired people are also being forced to come back into the labor market, because their retirement and/or SS Security payments, won’t cover their needs.

The labor participation rate will never be mentioned because, it makes Biden and democrats (and Obama before them) look very bad.

And yet, the paradox remains. The WORSE the Americans of African origin are treated by the Democrat Socialists (there is no more “Democrat” party any more), the more they cling to the string of broken promises and crushed dreams that have been strewn in their paths.

Almost like “Stockholm syndrome”. Once dependency has been rendered to the captors, trying to release the victim from captivity becomes a daunting task. The alliance forged is of nearly unbreakable strength.

I don’t believe there is any way the majority of Blacks will ever vote republican.
They are brainwashed plantation democrats! Brilliant people like Walter Williams, Thomas Sowell, Alan West, Ben Carson, the late Herman Cain amongst many others are considered “uncle toms!”

“He does not deserve any credit for that.”

Actually, according to FJB’s fans, Obama deserved the credit for all of the good economic news during Trump’s administration and Trump deserves all of the blame for the bad news during Biden’s. If we are in a recession (but we’re not really) it’s Trump’s fault.

It’s actually quite simple—any bad news—economic, foreign policy, crime, etc. etc. is either Trump’s fault or it isn’t really bad news, just misinformation.

Most of that 500,000 new jobs are part time or second jobs. So people can’t afford their normal status and need to work to afford things.
