They don't have anything on Trump so now they've taken drastic measures to compile anything they can find to use against him that will “prosecute and arrest him”.....thus he wouldn't be able to run for office.

This is ALL to prevent him from running because thy know full well he has the public's support and would win in 2024....and they know he's already successful supporting other candidates that's hurting the Mid term election a few months ahead. So they want him off the streets and out of the running - both.

Except he’d still be able to run for the presidency even if they arrest him, and even if they somehow convicted him.
