I do not believe that when a search warrant is issued there is a legal obligation for the officers to allow a citizen’s legal representative to be present. Not sure that duck will fly.

In every true crime book I’ve read, or show I’ve seen, a lawyer isn’t present. The homeowner is free to call a lawyer but it won’t make any difference, and they never wait for a lawyer to show up if one is called.
And the homeowner is either sent away, or stashed in a room out of the way. The cops take over 100%.
Could be different rules for different states.
