I have a sister who lives in the Seattle area, but don’t know too much personally. You’re probably fine if you’re in a good neighborhood & not out after dark. Some people live all their lives in the big cities & nothing ever happens to them. You never know when you are this night’s “winner.”
Just check the antifa calendar in advance to see if any riots are scheduled.
Clothing places you might visit are the Filson factory store, and for some counterculture threads, check out the Utilikilts showroom (the one with no changing room, because you don’t need one).
Western Oregon is fine. The beaches are great. Stay out of the north end of the Willamette Valley, and you’re good.
There’s a movement in eastern Oregon to secede and join Idaho.
