I an OK with a guest worker program for agg workers but they must be given non-immigrant status. If you give them permanent residency they will quickly leave agg for better pay and jobs.

Then we will be left with a shortage of agg workers into which a new generation of illegal aliens will fill. This is exactly what happened in the last amnesty. 20 Years from now we will be right back to looking at another amnesty.
