Cases are going to be appealed to the SCOTUS, so no matter
how on point you are, they will have to assess and stick
with the Constitution (hopefully).
When they do, the Left hasn’t got a leg to stand on.
What if they call for the three Trump appointed justices to recuse themselves?

Problem is, the SC can just decline to hear any case that gets sent to it and kick it back to the lower court without a hearing. So if it’s some mess they don’t want to touch, then they don’t touch it.
