I think the Deep State is targeting Trump because they view him as the "enemy of the state".
That said, the Democrats will be able to motivate their base to come out and vote against Trump.
That will not be the case of DeSantis was running instead.
So for Trump to win in 2024, right now there's an opportunity with Hispanics. But their vote is not guranteed.

I have seen this before, bu that only proves that more than one poster is dreaming a sweet dream.
The instant Trump announces he will not run, DeSantis will announce he is running.
The instant he announces, the FBI, DOJ, Shiff and all of the other vultures will descend on him.
The problem is NOT Trump. The problem is the seep state, swamp or whatever you want to call it and it will not only continue, it will get worse as time goes on regardless of who the conservatives select as their candidate.
The only way to cure this problem is to remove deep state actors from power.
