Seb Gorka to Newsmax: 'Bogus' Raid Won't Stop Trump in 2024

Dr. Seb Gorka, a former Trump White House adviser on national security matters, told Newsmax Sunday morning that all living U.S. presidents — from Jimmy Carter to Joe Biden — maintain lifetime "top secret" security clearance with the United States government.

And that same honor extends to former President Donald Trump.

As such, the FBI and Department of Justice had "no justification" in raiding Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida last week, especially since the national security documents in question had already been declassified, says Gorka.

Gorka went on to explain that process: "The classification of documents pertaining to national security exists for [only one person], the commander-in-chief. The president can declassify. The president can give clearances like that [snaps fingers]."

There's another alarming element to the FBI's Mar-a-Lago raid, said Gorka: This wasn't an amicable search of a retired two-term president. Instead, Trump represents an active politician who, by all accounts, will pursue another White House run in 2024.

The FBI's raid, from Gorka's perspective, was akin to "Gestapo-like tactics" of Nazi Germany from the 1930s and ’40s, or a modern-day, "state-sanctioned burglary."

"You're raiding the residence of a future presidential candidate," said Gorka.

When asked if Trump was ready to make a formal announcement in the coming days, Gorka's responded that Trump would "absolutely" be running. It just hasn't been determined if the public notice will occur before or after the November midterm elections.

"Several people I know have already counseled [Trump] to announce it before the midterms, and I think an illegal raid on Mar-a-Lago is even more reason to do so," said Gorka, adding, "stay tuned, ladies and gentlemen, and Newsmax viewers."

I expect Donald will be arrested and jailed without bond. There he will prove to have a “weak heart” and die of a “heart attack.” And the Republicans will say “aw too bad” and smile.

Threat to Donald Trump’s life from the Left. God Protect Him.

Things seem to happen in the sordid history of DC politics. History:
Bill and Hillary Clinton confidant James B. MacDougal in 1998: LA Times interview excerpts....

McDougal: I just got sick and tired of lying for the fellow, you know?

Q: During his testimony, David Hale says there was a meeting, Clinton was there, the three of you discussed a loan to Susan McDougal, and that Bill Clinton said something to the effect, my name cannot be on this.

Q: Was Bill Clinton there?

McDougal: We were together at Casa Grande*, yes.

Q: Is it fair to say that what you now have to say about that meeting could spell trouble for the president?

McDougal: I think that they should be deeply concerned.
...............
Then in confinement below the surface of the prison floor he was injected with something “help” him. His position was said to help isolate him from dangers from other prisoners. Unclear if this was true. Shortly after that hypodermic shot he was found dead of cardiac arrest.

Washington Post
suffered cardiac arrest yesterday and died, jbefore he was schdeuled to be released from prison.
Wash. Post: (1998)
McDougal, 57, was a central figure and a cooperating witness in the continuing Whitewater investigation. It was unclear yesterday what effect his death will have on that probe.

* Note: Casa Grande, not Macho Grande. He wasn’t over either one.

"You're raiding the residence of a future presidential candidate,"

They're just trying to get all the bugs and listening devices in early. Last time they had to scramble and go thru all that fake FISA malarkey. Just so messy, probably less paperwork this way.

Once they pried into why he had a partial physical. with Biden they never whisper a word.

So a rumor could now be spread that the strain of all the ganging up on Trump caused him to die.

God forbid.

Prediction if so: NYT “Fifth US President in 3 weeks is new world record for turnover.”
