Exactly. Comey said there was evidence Hillary had violated laws, but that “no reasonable prosecutor” would take such a case.

And as we recall, Comey’s statement was used by Loretta Lynch’s justice department, to close the Hillary Clinton case.

And, the Democrat and Clintonian view, was that this amounted to exoneration of Hillary.
