The Puppet Masters of Ukraine

Dems, Repubs and NATO

(All links open in new tab/window)

It seems NGOs and in particular, the president and CEO of one of them are in charge of shaping US policy in Eastern Europe and have been for many years.

NED is funded by congress and also helps fund the a couple of other NGOs , one made up of democrats and one made up of republicans both of which are also funded by congress.
Can you say incest? I knew you could.

The National Endowment for Democracy (NED)

https://www.ned.org/about/board-of-directors/

The National Endowment for Democracy has supported democracy-building efforts in Ukraine since 1988. https://everipedia.org/wiki/lang_en/ukraine

President and CEO Damon M. Wilson (born May 24, 1973) is an American foreign policy expert and the President and CEO of the National Endowment for Democracy,[1][2] an independent grant-making foundation supporting freedom and democracy around the world. From 2011 to 2021, he was the Executive Vice President at the Atlantic Council, a nonpartisan think tank focused on international cooperation.[3] A former civil servant, Wilson served as Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for European Affairs at the National Security Council during the second term of President George W. Bush.[4][5]

For over twenty years, Wilson has helped shape U.S. strategy and national security policy in regards to NATO and US-European relations to advance freedom and security around the world. He is an advocate for strengthening democratic alliances to address security challenges, believing “US interests are best served when Washington and its allies act in unison.”[21]

From January 2004 to November 2006, as Director for Central, Eastern and Northern European Affairs at the National Security Council, Wilson coordinated U.S. interagency policy on Ukraine during the Orange Revolution,

From July 2001 to January 2004, Wilson served as Deputy Director of the Office of the NATO Secretary General, assisting Lord Robertson to transform the Alliance by enlarging NATO membership, implementing the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan, and adapting Allied capabilities to face modern threats.[24] In this role, Wilson also supported NATO efforts to broker the Ohrid Agreement to avert civil war in Macedonia.[25][26]

Wilson completed a Master of Public Administration at Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs in 1998. During his studies, he interned in the African Affairs Directorate of the National Security Council led by Susan Rice. After graduation, Wilson was selected as a Presidential Management Fellow and assigned to the State Department’s NATO office, working for Ron Asmus, under the tenure of Secretary Madeleine Albright; his fellowship included tours on the China desk and to the U.S. Embassy in Beijing from 1998-2001.[19][20]

Wilson lives with his husband in Washington, D.C. and part-time in Charleston, SC. His mother, Mary Thornley, is President of Trident Technical College in Charleston, SC.[61]

Seems the NED has taken over what the CIA used to do as far as regime change.

New York Times reporter John Broder wrote in 1997 that NED was created:

“to do in the open what the Central Intelligence Agency has done surreptitiously for decades,”
John Broder (March 31, 1997)

Allen Weinstein, who worked in the same framework of NGO activity, commented about the general situation in an interview by the Washington Post in 1991:

“A lot of what we do today was done covertly 25 years ago by the CIA,”
Allen Weinstein (September 22, 1991)

And CIA whistleblower Philip Agee described the NED as:

“Nowadays, instead of having the CIA going around behind the scenes and trying to manipulate the process by inserting money here and giving instructions secretly and so forth, they have now a sidekick, which is this National Endowment for Democracy, NED”
Philip Agee

Frances Stonor Saunders, who researched covert CIA funding of cultural organizations during the Cold War, described it as:

"The NED is the umbilical cord of gold that leads directly back to Washington...And by this I’m not only referring to official U.S. government programmes, but to the vast network of clandestine players that plan and enact its information warfare operations. The cultural Cold War has never gone away, it’s just shifted from target to target.”
Frances Stonor Saunders (January 2022)

Damon Wilson of NED is just one person in a web of inter-related NGOs that control our foreign policy.

Also from everipedia;

Activists of the Orange Revolution were funded and trained in tactics of political organisation and nonviolent resistance by Western pollsters and professional consultants who were partly funded by Western government and non-government agencies but received most of their funding from domestic sources. [2] [150] According to The Guardian, the foreign donors included the U.S. State Department and USAID along with the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs, the International Republican Institute, the NGO Freedom House and George Soros's Open Society Institute. [151]

So all of the below groups funded and/or trained Orange Revolution Activists.

Well isn’t that COZY. State Dept, Dems(NDI), Repubs(IRI) and Soros all joining forces to “help” Ukraine.

Sadly after that in 2014 it seems they had some civil unrest and a wacky election. Shame.

NDI - National Democratic Institute for International Affairs - https://www.ndi.org/board-directors

Current NDI board members include Stacey Abrams and Donna Brazille.

IRI - International Republican Institute - https://www.iri.org/who-we-are/ -

Current Board members include Lindsey Graham, Tom Cotton(disappointing)

John Mccain stepped down as chariman and Dan Sullivan replaced him. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Republican_Institute

Seems like we’ve seen pics of John McCain and Lindsay Graham in Ukraine and we know the Biden boys got rich there.

The IRI received $550,000 from the National Endowment for Democracy in 2009
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_Republican_Institute#2009_Honduran_constitutional_crisis -

Let's read that again. The IRI(repubs) received $550,000 from NED(dems)

Freedom House - https://freedomhouse.org/about-us/board-and-leadership/board-trustees-member-biographies#Chertoff - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freedom_House#Relationship_with_the_U.S._government

George Soros's Open Society Institute - no comment

READ THIS CAREFULLY

NED is a grant-making foundation, distributing funds to private non-governmental organizations for promoting democracy abroad in around 90 countries. Half of NED's funding is allocated annually to four main U.S. organizations: the American Center for International Labor Solidarity (ACILS, associated with the AFL–CIO), the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE, affiliated with the United States Chamber of Commerce), the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI, associated with the Democratic Party), and the International Republican Institute (IRI, formerly known as the National Republican Institute for International Affairs and affiliated with the Republican Party).[21] The other half of NED's funding is awarded annually to hundreds of non-governmental organizations based abroad which apply for support.[22] In 2011, the Democratic and Republican Institutes channelled around $100 million a year through the NED.[14] Source of funding

The NED receives an annual appropriation from the U.S. budget (it is included in the chapter of the Department of State budget destined for the U.S. Agency for International Development-USAID) and is subject to congressional oversight even as a non-governmental organization.[23]

Read that again. NED gets it's money from congress and gives it to these other NGOs who's boards include members of congress

(do these NGOs pay board members??)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Endowment_for_Democracy#Funding_and_structure

Dem NGOs, Repub NGOs and Soros' Open Society all worked together to fund and train Orange Revolution Activists

It's a club and you ain't in it

Back to Wilson.

In June 2021, Wilson was named as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Endowment for Democracy, succeeding Carl Gershman.[46] During his first few months, he managed the safe passage of 923 Afghan grantees, staff and their family members during the 2021 evacuation from Afghanistan following the withdrawal of U.S. troops.[47][48]

Isn't that rich. He helped get certain people out of Afghanistan. He's one busy dude.

More on Wilson here; https://thealtworld.com/anthony_cartalucci/the-neds-new-ceo-atlantic-council-warmonger-damon-wilson

In a 2018 Atlantic Council talk titled, “Frontlines of Freedom,” Wilson would admit:

…the strategy [of consolidating control over Eastern Europe] is not meant to create new dividing lines in Europe. The aim is to anchor a vulnerable, insecure zone in the certainty of a stable and prosperous and free Europe, and over the long time [sic] this vision includes a democratic Russia. But the pathway to reform in Moscow might just begin with choices that are made in Kiev, Chișinău, Yerevan, and Tbilisi.

Wilson reveals the goal of US policymakers and their involvement in both the EU and NATO is not only to move both organizations up to Russia’s borders, but to absorb Russia itself – a policy that couldn’t be more obvious to geopolitical observers and the clear driving force behind Western-Russian tensions today.

Click below image to see cued up video mentioned above.

Now you know why some in the senate have mentioned regime change in Russia. That's what this is all about and they've been working at it for years. Does anyone think Russia/Putin doesn't know about this? Talk of Ukraine joining NATO and the EU. Finland and Sweden suddenly talking of joining NATO. The Prime Ministers of both are pro WEF, one a Young Global Leader, the other says she agrees with a Great Reset.

UN/WHO/NATO/WEF and all these NGOs are the NWO but I don't think Russia's on board with the whole NWO and losing their sovereignty. Seems the US already has to the globalists to a great degree.

He lives with his husband? Is it any wonder they love Zelensky?

If Putin allowed himself to get maneuvered into invading Ukraine by these people, then he deserves what is going to happen to him.

And if he wasn’t manipulated, then he deserves what is going to happen to him.

Did you read it and click on links to read there and watch the 1-2 minutes of video? It’s as much about our incestuous “two party system” as anything else. Congress funding NGOs that congress are members of and it’s all about world affairs. They’re doing foreign policy off the books.

Glenn Beck did excellent specials on this 3 years ago, back in simpler times.

The CIA poked the bear and poked the bear, thinking Russia had a terrible army and Putin knew it.

The CIA’s miscalculation was that none of his yes men told Putin he had a terrible army and he would go Leroy Jenkins on Ukraine.

The War actually reshuffles the deck completely. All the people the US bought off with US tax dollars before the war, will be replaced with nationalist “war heroes” after the war, so the CIA DEFINITELY DID NOT want war.

The Chamber of Commerce, however.. no comment.

Or, he's going to crush them and their high-heeled Azov puppet like the slime bugs that they are.

It’s amazing how many people are responsible for Russia’s invasion of Ukraine other than Putin, the guy who actually made the decision.

The CIA’s miscalculation was that none of his yes men told Putin he had a terrible army and he would go Leroy Jenkins on Ukraine.

The Luhansk and Donetsk militias, and the Russians, are slowly and methodically grinding up the ZelTards like hamburger.

Zel's military cannon fodder gonna get mad at him personally, presently.

The interesting part of this equation is that the Russians are not using normal defender vs attacker ratio for offensive operations against fortified positions.

The Puppet Masters of Ukraine

I have no clue why so many Republicans, Trump voters, and conservatives are so focused on the 2022 election and everything else going on in the U.S. Don't you realize there's a war going on in Ukraine that we need to focus 100% of our time, resources, and energy on? C'mon, everyone, wake up. What's more important, the u.s. or The Ukraine? (Get your priorities straight!)
