Meat prices and everything skyrocketed, and haven’t come down, gas prices sky high still (still $4.60 where we are), as Biden tries to force them off gasoline and onto electric vehicles that cost what a house did not so many years ago, medicine prices sky high, on and on it goes, but only a liberal OR fox News could spin that as “positive economic news”
No, not really. As I said when Republicans were “Up 10” in the generic, that wouldn’t last at that level because it reflected faceless candidates v. Biteme. Once you put personalities and faces to races, they change.
Still, Trafalgar now has the GOP back to +3 in the generic, and three months is a LONG time for the Rutabaga to keep it together without major, major America-hating screwups. I think by election day he’ll be back in the 33-35% range with the generic back over 4, maybe 5-6. And I still think we get 40 seats in the House, take the Senate by 1.
