Actually, no. The Dems wanted Trump to fall for that trap on Jan. 6; he didn't. The president can authorize that troops be available for the states, or DC, but cannot activate them. That's on the local authorities.
Then who's the top dog for the DC Guard?

Keep sending the busloads to the liberal cities. I hope they increase the flow of illegals, especially in DC. The bus should drop them off in front of the white house.
