"Poverty and coffins for some, palaces for others.
"We believe that disenfranchised people have the right to rebel against tyrants.
"Putin will be deposed and destroyed by us!'
The rebels said their goal was to stop the destruction of Russia and its neighbours and to put an end to the pilfering of national wealth by Kremlin elites.
They promised a campaign of terror against all state officials who continue to serve the Putin administration.

Our source in the OP said that MI6 passed on intelligence to the Office of the President that the FSB has all the facts indicating the involvement of Vovk/Shaban in the terrorist act. Apparently the bomb was set off by remote control. I'm not sure if this requires line of sight, and I am not sure what the range of a remote control detonator would be.
Did the trapped car have tinted windows? High-backed seats? Did the assassin(s) just rely on the fact that it was a Dugin car, and made an assumption about the occupants?
Or perhaps they didn't risk having eyes-on. Could the remote have been set on constant-ON and placed somewhere, waiting for the trapped car to come close enough?
