Not entirely. I assumed it was a signal to their political opponents of “show me the man, I’ll show you the crime”. Maybe even the citizenry. It’s meant to intimidate, just like the Summer 2020 riots, but even moreso the attack ON A FEDERAL courthouse, with only one indictment to date. Commies being commies.
