What is apparently also beyond Rove’s grasp is the illegality of the search and the inadmissibility of anything found in the illegal search.

An unconstitutional thus illegal search halts any further inquiry except to prosecute the perps who conducted the illegal search. What they found is INADMISSABLE in court.
