Ukraine only received 16 HIMARS to date. A drop in the bucket. It’s pretty much total Russki incompetence that they have not taken out every single one by now.

The EU is in considerably worse shape than even the US when it comes to weapons production. Their best bet would be to focus on providing training, order the goodies from South Korea, and turn the weapons over to Ukraine.
