Outstanding observation! There IS a body double doing “video” streams for use in “action” positioning. They cannot however hide the GAIT (the movement, legs arms, and unbalance) of the real Demento Joe. No question there is a body double with different color eyes, and also that tries to imitate the voice (voice analyzers show this ain’t him either).
