How is this not a crime of “criminal facilitation” ?
In cases when the documents referred to are used (because formal ID is not available ), the information/name is used to verify who the person is via an ID verification process. A supervisor will get involved, pull this person to the side, and do a formal search until ID can be verified.
Yea it’s crazy these documents are being used. You’d think a active warrants would lead to automatic arrest. I’m not sure what’s going on there. But, this process is used for anyone who does not have formal ID.
