He’s trolling.
Bingo. The MSM can put anything out, and never be called on it, so The Donald uses some of their own techniques, and some quiver at “ Why”
To me fight fire with fire. Go Donald...
The remedy should come from the state legislatures, and the courts of course. But few of those people have the courage to do the right thing.
That doesn’t mean Trump or any of us should just shut up and not say what the state legislatures, and the courts should do.
And if Trump can’t talk about the stolen election without it hurting him politically, then I don’t see us winning anyway.
Bingo. Stay silent and the same playbook will be used.
He’s firing a pre emptive shot across the bow of the state legistatures and congress..
Those weasels are the ones who got us here in the first place, and burdened us with Ole Joey
And if removed, his VP becomes President. If she was also involved in fraud, cheating, or other illegal means to get elected, then the only Constitutional means to remove her from office is again impeachment or the 25th Amendment.
And the successor isn't whomever came in second place, it is the succession listed in the 25th Amendment and the Presidential Succession Act.
I'm sorry, but that's the Constitution.
Do you want Al Gore to start demanding that he should be President because of the 2000 Florida Hanging Chads crap?
Sorry but you are just wrong. You are conflating Presidential misconduct with election fraud. The issue here is not Presidential misconduct. Jo Biden could have been completely innocent of wrongdoing, and still be illegitimate if the election was wrongly certified.
The question here is not whether Biden did something wrong for which he must be punished or removed. The question is whether he was duly elected per the Constitution - and he was not.
If you believe as I do that the 2020 election was stolen, you face a binary choice: you must either believe Biden’s Presidency is unconstitutional, or you must believe the Constitution endorses stolen elections - which is absurd.
But let’s cut to the chase here - do you even believe the election was stolen? I am guessing you don’t.
I find this thread to be a valuable and an important one. Do I feel the election was stolen? Absolutely. Is it too late for Trump push that narrative and expect everyone - Congress, Supreme Court, media, etc. - to look the other away? Possibly. Is it up to Congress or the Supreme Court to start the proceedings to visit this issue? I don’t know. Do we even enough Congress members to convince McConnel or someone to start any such proceedings? Probably not.
Is it already too late for anyone to even do anything? Confusing...
But should we just forget about it, and accept that it is history, and there is nothing we can do about it for our future? I hope not, but I don’t know what to think anymore. For the very first time in my life, I’m becoming more and more pessimistic about anything...
Have the liberals been depending for more people like me to become pessimistic and they’ll try even harder to cheat to get what they want?
Eff you and the horse you rode in on. GTFO.
You show me where in the constitution it says that an election that was certified by Congress and a President was sworn in can subsequently be removed from office and the second place person in the election installed as President, or alternatively a new election can be held.
I SWORE AN OATH TO UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION AS IT IS WRITTEN, NOT IGNORE IT WHEN SOME ASSWIPE THINKS IT SHOULD BE IGNORED.
You won’t say whether you believe the election was stolen - that tells me everything I need to know.
That’s about the way I feel:
The election was 100% stolen, but at this point, there’s zero chance of getting President Trump back in the White House other than winning again in 2024 and somehow stopping them from stealing it this time.
However, this notion that there is no Constitutional remedy for reversing a stolen or wrongly certified election - is absurd.
The Constitution defines a proper election, therefore it follows that an improper election is by definition unconstitutional. Arguing that there is no constitutional remedy for an unconstitutional election is the height of absurdity. Period.
LMAO
