He claims to have ‘thoroughly documented’ my alleged “attempt at stolen military valor” and I have repeatedly challenged him to publicly publish this claimed documentation of his or to publicly issue a retraction.
Is JonPreston a liar? Is he a braggart? Is he a troll?
Ask him for his ‘thorough documentation’ and then you be the judge.
You’ve opened yourself up to a tort with your libel against me and your false claim of ‘thorough documentation’ about ‘stolen valor’.
FR is published in California and any tort claim would have to take place within the next 24 months in a California court.
