For years, they’ve had the world’s best sources deeply embedded in the Kremlin and the Donbas who always give them the truth!
I wouldn’t be surprised if the State Department employs the same sources.

Well - The Russian general is talking about the population of Donbas, Luk(sp), and Crimea (in general).
He is not talking about the rest of the Ukraine.
So the Beast stating...

Is talking about the Uke side that is opposing Russia.
The Russian general is talking about the Uke’s they have been supporting since 2014 in the occupied territories.
Of course there will be people on both sides of the equation in each general population group.
