Share Tweet ... More The Biden administration is requesting approval from Congress for more than $1 billion in arms sales to Taiwan amid increased tensions with China over the island’s status.

The State Department announced on Friday that it approved three separate proposed military sales for Taiwan, and Congress has been notified of them. If approved by Congress, the three sales will send contractor logistics support for Taiwan’s Surveillance Radar Program, up to 60 AGM-84L-1 Harpoon Block II missiles and related equipment and up to 100 AIM-9X Block II Sidewinder Tactical Missiles and equipment.

He’s willing to sell arms to other nations, but wants all Americans unarmed.

.
He’s already been saying he’s cut the debt and deficit - and he’s always been for higher funding of the Police.

That’s what he’s going to tell the audience as he runs in 24.

He equates action with Spending Federal dollars, and he’ll spend it on anything.

Yeah, it’s strange. The Democrats think that if they spend less than they did during the pandemic when the country was locked down then they are cutting the deficit and spending less. And no one calls them on comparing their spending with the worst deficit ever.

Let Nanxi hand-carry it to Taipei in unmarked tens and twenties via a stopover in Beijing.
They are probably going to get it eventually, so we might as well get something entertaining out of the deal!

Maybe Biden’s war cheerleaders will start to wake up and realize anything senile Joe does is designed to cripple ( destroy) America. Supporting an evil corrupted beggar in Ukraine, now squandering away billions to Taiwan insures our own military suffers. Both the Ukies and the Taiwanese stand no chance against their foes.

Reality, get used to it. America is rapidly becoming “ insignificant “, the immoral western agenda is paying the price. Historic take down, spearheaded by a senile old man and his war cheerleaders.

I’ve flown to Taiwan many times when I was with VQ-3 in Guam.

These are good people.

I think Taiwan deserves our assistance more than the Ukraine. An independent, Western leaning Taiwan is actually more important to our national security.

I tend to agree. We do have a stake in an independent Taiwan, IMO.

This demented, drooling stooge is determined to get us in one war per year...because that’s what democrats do. Ironic that he bailed early on Afghanistan.

“Where is this money coming from you diaper head retard???”

This is said to be a sale, not a gift from the U.S.

Do you read the article differently?

Biden has been wrong on every foreign policy decision he has made for the last 45 years.

“Close the purse strings“

It is a sale of arms as in Taiwan pays money for the weapons. Reading is fundamental.

“Biden has been wrong on every foreign policy decision he has made for the last 45 years.”

Under Trump, there were over 17 billion dollars of US arms sales to Taiwan.
