Just one week after passing a law to ban all non-electric cars and trucks by 2035, and just days after begging owners of electric vehicles NOT to charge them, California has made another move that shows the catastrophic effect of their “green” hysteria.
Due to the current "critical" strain on its electrical grid, California has declared a statewide grid emergency and facing the potential of rolling blackouts, California has activated four gas-powered emergency generators.
You heard that right. The same Gov. Gavin Newsom who is forcing his citizens to buy only electric cars can't power his own state with enough electricity NOW - when less than 10% of all registered cars in the state are electric-powered.
And Newsom's regime is using gas-powered generators - Just one year after passing regulations to BAN natural gas appliances, and heat and hot-water heaters in all new home contruction.
And many analysts have said it is impossible to meet the projected need for all-electric cars in the state - EVER.
Do these people even realize they are insane?

Just like all other stupid liberal policies, the dems will say this happened b/c they dont have 100% green energy. They will use this crisis to push for more money to be spent, more taxes, more regs, etc and so on and so forth. In other words, there will be no admitting they were wrong. Never.
Why aren’t we reading about the derelicts in the tent cities roasting to death? Or do drugs/booze insulate you?
And the Democrats govern entirely using “Emergency Generators”.
Insane people always think they are rational.
The bigger problem is the people that AREN’T insane have allowed the insanity to fester without repercussion.

The lie the Marxist propagandist now call “manmade climate change” is the hugest hoax ever perpetrated on the most people in the history of mankind. It’s hard to retain faith in mankind, the majority of whom demonstrate utter gullibility when people with titles repeat unscientific claims, all the while calling them “settled science.” Ditto for the shot from hell pushed on the world with scant to little proof it did any good and lots of evidence of just the opposite, but the bad news was censored and/or mocked. Two years later the always known to be safe drug, Ivermectin, is being called a good and allowable treatment for the corona virus, even though they’ve put at least one doctor in jail for prescribing it.

Imagine if you used all that train to nowhere money, built a couple of desalination plants and left oil and gas companies to do business, you would once again be a state worth visiting for a long weekend.
