A new study suggested that artificial sweeteners may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease and “should not be considered a healthy and safe replacement to sugar.”
Information on more than 100,000 persons in France was analyzed for the study, which was published in the British Medical Journal (BMJ).

The study concluded, “the findings from this large scale prospective cohort study suggest a potential direct association between higher artificial sweetener consumption (especially aspartame, acesulfame potassium, and sucralose) and increased cardiovascular disease risk. Artificial sweeteners are present in thousands of food and beverage brands worldwide, however they remain a controversial topic and are currently being re-evaluated by the European Food Safety Authority, the World Health Organization, and other health agencies.”

So... the vax is full of artificial sweeteners?

I thought that Climate Change was the problem.
I’ve gone back to saccharine.
“I thought that Climate Change was the problem.”
But, didn’t they tell everything is because Orange Man Bad?
Were the samples taking the weight of the participants into consideration? Fatter people consume more artificial sweeteners. They also have more heart attacks.
I avoid sweeteners in American food as much as I can, because they don't use real sugar. There are exceptions, but the US food industry mostly uses substitutes.
I use mostly Stevia. Being Type II diabetic, high blood sugar brings on heart problems and a host of other issues. Having endured one bypass surgery 5 years ago, working out and feeling quite healthy now, I think I’ll take my chances with Stevia. Already had 2 mild heart attacks (2003 and 2017).
I prefer Mexican Cokes. (real cane sugar)
In general, if possible, I try to use nothing artificial. Real butter, local veggies, farm eggs and my own meat.
Don’t know if it works, but I’m 65, do a 20 minute daily workout and have no prescriptions.
Once they said use margarine and avoid butter. Years later studies showed some butter in diet was better and margarine hurt.
I used to have two issues of Science Digest I kept in a file folder for science articles. Around 20 years apart one said on the cover Coffee Is Dangerous and the later one said Daily Coffee Can Help Save Your Life.
Remember Sleeper with Woody Allen. “They used to promote harmful foods in what they called Health Food Stores.” Didn’t they know back then about the benefits of deep fat frying and sugar?
Posts BUMP!
Partially hydrogenated oils are a definite issue
Of course, they all pale in comparison to the clot-shot and massive strings of gooey clots in your viens
Same point I was going to make...
Statistics require close scrutiny...
I switched off of saccharine years ago thinking that the newer alternatives were better. Then I found out that Spenda (sucralose) is MUCH worst for your body. So is Equal (aspartame).
Whenever I can, it’s stevia and or xylitol. That’s all I keep at home.
LMAO
I have ALWAYS avoided that crap like the plague.
Stevia is not considered to be an “artificial sweetener”, as it is extracted from the stevia plant - so natural, not chemical.
The vaccines are the killer agent, so all manner of diversionary claims must be manufactured now to cover the ass of the murderous regimes serving the ‘great reset’ agenda. I expect many more ‘things’ will soon be found to cause strokes and sudden cardiac arrests. Maybe soft drinks are next.
