Well he’s already headed for sentencing for “contempt of Congress” in October; I guess he’s appealing this.
He’s charged with 5 counts now of this Build The Wall stuff. He may or may not get out of this. . .I adore Steve Bannon so hopefully he is indeed not guilty and is found as such.

Being truly innocent and being found guilty in front of a communist jury in a communist dominated city are easily the same thing.

Generally, the only “sentence” for contempt of Congress, historically, has been to sit in jail until you comply with Congress, or until Congress gives up and lets you go. It’s not really like a normal crime where there are set sentencing penalties. At least that’s not how it was back when it was used in the HUAC hearings. Maybe it’s changed since then.

Many of these fine, fine members of law enforcement in states such as New York, have decided to abuse their positions to start prosecutions that are based in political revenge. In short, they seek to criminalize the opposition.
As much as you, an honest public servant, may place a great import on the integrity of law enforcement, that integrity no longer exists. It has been displaced with what has come to be known as “lawfare.” It falls to you, sadly, to become a participant in a battle that you did not want, but is being forced upon you.
Many of these fine and wonderful individuals in NY and other similar states that abuse their power avail themselves of spending time in your fine state of Florida. Many of them may even own property in your state as well. It is high time you look into their time spent in Florida and the crimes that they no doubt have engaged in. Crimes that I am certain you will discover once your start investigating them.
Allow me to get you started. I hear that the AG of NY has engaged in the trade of child pornography and uses a Florida based organization in furtherance of this heinous crime. I, of course, do not have any proof of this, but the serious nature of this charge warrants the commencement of an investigation and the immediate impaneling of a Grand Jury.
