No, it’s been an activist court. It is now returning to Constitutional Law. If it is not found in the Constitution, it is not an enumerated right and is therefore a state issue.
It’s what makes us a Constitutional Republic and not a democracy. A democracy is two wolves and a lamb deciding what to eat for dinner. A Constitutional Republic says that you can’t have lamb. There are necessary limits to government, and I’m thankful to God for His providence over our Founding Fathers and the creation of this Union - that they would learn from the mistakes of past governments.
The Left is doing their best to destroy it all, but I will continue to trust in God’s sovereignty.
