To be fair, there have been nearly twenty years and two republican presidential administrations that could have gotten these cases tried and sentenced already. This isn’t a Democrat problem, this is a government system unwilling to finish the job.

I suspect the real problem is that nobody can figure out what kind of “court” would be the proper venue to try a case.

This is why they never should have been taken into custody under U.S. jurisdiction in the first place.
