The democrats did that on their own.

I don’t understand why people are saying he voted for it, to pass it thru, or something like that.

He wasn’t given the opportunity.

That bill was never reconciled between both houses.

It was deemed passed. If I remember right.

No, he didn’t vote to pass it.

What people have an issue with is Brown’s voting for cloture on the $140 billion spending bill in March 2010 after he took his seat. Although he voted against the bill when it came to a full vote, people took issue with it because Obamacare was dependent on that spending bill because it contained revenue offsets which were needed for Obamacare.

All in all, Scott Brown found out you can never take half steps to out-liberal a real liberal, but the real danger is that people who help Leftists, even when not intending to do so, lend their efforts the aegis of “bipartisanship”.
