The White House on Tuesday characterized advances by Ukrainian forces against Russia as a “shift in momentum,” but cautioned that the ongoing war in Ukraine remains unpredictable.
“I think what you’re seeing is certainly a shift in momentum by the Ukrainian armed forces,” John Kirby, a spokesperson for the National Security Council, told reporters at a briefing.

Unpredictable means the US is expecting some asymmetric attacks
What we know:
Ukraine relies on NATO Weapons
US aid is now >1/2 of Ukraine GDP
NATO is training at least several battalions in Poland/Czech
Ukraine special forces are trained in UK
NATO intelligence is shared with Ukraine
NATO organized the counter-offensives
Would anyone really be surprised if hundreds/thousands of NATO officers/advisors are embedded with Ukraine troops?

And NATO got involved with bombing/attacking Serbia and Libya going against their charter of being defensive only and going against their charter of defending when NATO members are attacked.
Neither Serbia nor Libya attacked NATO members...
Zelensky to headline US defense industry conference

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will address U.S. defense contractors later this month when he headlines the annual Future Force Capabilities Conference and Exhibition hosted by the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).
Zelensky is scheduled to speak at the event Sept. 21, according to the program for the event available on the NDIA’s website. Oleksii Reznikov, Ukraine’s minister of defense, is also scheduled to speak that day.
News of the appearances was first reported by Reuters, which noted that the officials will speak via video link. Zelensky is expected to appeal for more weapons for his country during his speech, the outlet added.

News of the Ukrainian president’s speech to the NDIA — whose membership includes defense industry giants like Raytheon Technologies, Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics — comes as Kyiv looks to fend off Russia’s invasion as it drags through its sixth month.
Eight defense contractors — including Raytheon, Lockheed and General Dynamics — attended a meeting at the Pentagon in April to discuss how the U.S. could speed up production to help Ukraine fend off Moscow’s war.

Obama never proved that Gaddafi was going to kill 10k of his own people and the claims of genocide in Yugoslavia were shown, later on down the road, to be based upon inflated numbers.
Given that Ukrainian documents were leaked a little while back (reported on all over the net) showing 50% of regular, trained Ukranian soldiers had been killed, could never fight again, went AWOL, etc, versus much lower % for Russia, it would make sense, if true, why Ukrainians have been doing better in Northeast Ukraine the past week.

Vlad has shown much restraint. He has not targeted powerplants or water facilities, fully capable. When he starts to tighten the screws, powerplants will be targeted, destroyed across Ukraine.
Loss of power will finish off the Ukies, no arms transport, no internet, extreme food shortages, fuel supply comes to a total halt. The Ukies economy is already destroyed, running 8 billion a month in the red, do remember Vlad still holds all the cards….so when does Vlad decide to finally get serious?
