What’s the procedure in NH primaries

Semi-closed. Unaffiliated voters can change their registration the day of voting.

Normally, I’d venture that not many change party affiliation for a primary.

Normally. This isn’t normal and I’ll bet more than usual did change. I’ll wait to hear.
