Democrats on Martha’s Vineyard Praise Themselves as Do-Gooders Before Having Illegal Aliens Shipped off Island

Democrats on Martha’s Vineyard, the elite vacation hub of the nation’s wealthiest residents, are praising themselves as do-gooders for coming to the aid of illegal aliens sent to the island before having them shipped to a nearby military base.

This week, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) flew about 50 illegal aliens to Martha’s Vineyard — a wealthy enclave of liberals and home to former President Obama who owns a nearly $12 million estate.

Even as Martha’s Vineyard residents vote almost entirely for Democrats, local officials put pressure on Gov. Charlie Baker (R) to intervene and have the illegal aliens deported to Joint Base Cape Cod.

I criticize DeSantis for only one thing. It was only two
flights. LOL

He and Abbott should coordinate, and send in tens of
thousands of illegal immigrants.

It won’t happen again because some Biden apparatchik has certainly told the FAA to be much more careful controlling flights going to Martha’s Vineyard.

But it was fun while it lasted.

I loved the comments sections of the various local rags, just dripping with piety about how “we really care”. Enough to give them 24 hours before shipping them out. Too bad they can’t do that in Texas...or can they?

Rich people running the poor people out of town.

Reminds me of Jim Crow.

They’ll be out there with the water hoses next.

Aren’t there boat rentals nearby? Teach them how to use a parachute and send thousands more.

Why didn't governor Abbott and DeSantis ship like 10 airplanes and 20 busloads to the island? That would've really pissed them off and there was nothing they could've done because it once they are released they scatter. Now I'm beginning to think this was just for optics. If they really meant business they would've send a lot more than just 50 that can easily be collected put on a bus and shipped out. All for Theatrics!Sad to say!

I was just listening to Charlie Kirk and he said this action by Ron DeSantis outs the conservatives on the offense.

Now we can say that Liberals are a bunch of hypocrites and cite the example of how the sanctuary leftists treated these poor immigrants when they came to their resort.

Yep! That’s what pisses me off the most. It was all for optics! If they really meant business those governors would’ve send at least five planes loaded with illegals! 50 is a drop in the bucket! Now I am getting really upset at the thought that it was all for optics and not for real business! They should’ve hit them hard while the iron is hot! That’s what I hate about Republicans the aim to lame and not to take them out!

I think a better tactic would be for all the border states to scoop up all the garbage, trash, and human waste, load it into semis and send fleets of them to DC. They could even send refrigerated semis full of the bead bodies piling up in border towns and take them to DC as well.

Not if the plane declares an in-flight emergency. Any pilots, on here, know different?

Yes, but remember, politics IS the business of optics.

It proved an important point. Yes, I would love an armada of airplanes full of illegals landing on MV, but now our highly politically-corrupt Fed.gov will certainly control it.

Nonetheless, keep the busses rolling!

HAPPENING NOW: Migrants, flown into Martha’s Vineyard by Fl’s governor, are boarding buses. They’ll be heading to Joint Base Cape Cod, according to officials. 125 Mass National Guard members are being activated to assist.
